Who is the plan for

This is the person who is taking out the plan, not necessarily the person whose funeral is to be covered. If this plan is for somebody else, you will need to provide the Covered Life's details on the next step.

You will need to fill out basic information about yourself now. You are under no obligation to purchase a plan at the end of this process, you can simply create a quote if you wish.

If you do take out a plan we will contact you to make sure that you are happy with your choice and that the plan you have chosen meets your demands and needs. You may be given the option to change your plan or you can cancel your plan if it does not meet your needs. See our T&Cs for more information.

Covered life

This is the person whose funeral is actually to be covered by the plan.

Payment

If you choose to pay in full, your payment must include the £0 Plan Holder Administration Fee. This one-off fee covers the administration and setup of your funeral plan. You have two options:

1) To start your plan immediately, pay the £0 Administration Fee online by card and use one of the alternative methods listed below to pay the remaining balance.

2) Alternatively, pay the full amount at once using any of the four methods listed below; in this case, your plan will begin once we have received your payment.

If you have chosen to pay by monthly instalments, the full payment details will be clearly outlined in your Plan Summary and Direct Debit agreement.

To activate your plan, you must pay the £0 Plan Holder Administration Fee. Once we receive your Plan Holder Administration Fee payment, your plan will begin. You can pay this using credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cheque.

Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will be redirected to a confirmation page where you can access your Plan Documents and complete your Direct Debit Setup. Please ensure you follow the Direct Debit setup process, as this is required to collect your monthly instalments and keep your plan active.

Once you have set up your plan online, one of our team will contact you to check you understand the Plan you've purchased, answer any questions you may have and ask you to confirm the Plan meets your needs.

You will receive your full plan document pack by email or post, which includes your Plan Summary, Terms and Conditions, and confirmation of your chosen arrangements. Please keep these documents safe for future reference.
