A plan holder can cancel a plan within 14 days of Open Prepaid Funerals Limited receiving the plan either by post or through a transaction on www.openprepaidfunerals.co.uk and receive a full refund of the plan price and the administration fee of £195.00 by contacting Open Prepaid Funerals Limited by phone, post or email to support@openprepaidfunerals.co.uk.
If the plan holder cancels the plan after 14 days the the plan holder will receive a full refund excluding the administration fee of £195.00. Refunds will normally be completed within 10 working days.
